Visit the booking tab, select the services you need and include any specific requirements in the message box. For example to let us know how the cleaner can access the property. As soon as we receive your message we will assign a cleaner to you and send you a confirmation email.
We will send you an invoice when we confirm your cleaner, we accept credit and debit cards via our secure online payment system. All our cleaning services must be paid for in advance.
This is up to you. We would recommend that you are there for the 1st clean if you would like a re-occurring service, to meet your cleaner and let them know of any specific requirements, however if you are not available, you can let us know at the time of booking how you would like your cleaner to pick up your keys.
We require 48 hours notice before the date of the clean to cancel your order.

Unfortunately not. We require our customers to provide vacuums and mops however at an extra cost we can provide cleaning equipment if you require.
We operate all over London and we are soon expanding nationally and internationally.
